He is senior retired Professor retired from Government Health Service and known as doyen of Psychiatry. He took his MBBS degree from University of Calicut in 1976 and took Diploma in Psychiatric Medicine in 1980 from University of Kerala. He completed MD in Psychiatry from University of Calicut in the year 1986. He started his career as a Lecturer and retired from Calicut Medical College as HOD & Professor in Department of Psychiatry in 2008. He joined our esteemed institute as Professor and HOD in the Department of Psychiatry since then.
